“Monday Musings returns! I realized about midway through April that I was failing at keeping this blog alive… I blame it on traveling back and forth across the country a couple times, mostly on my laziness. If there’s one thing I’ve learned about myself in my short 22 years, it’s that I have a hard time staying on track with projects I start. Whether it be decorating a room, reading a book, writing in a journal, writing a weekly blog….. I get lazy or overwhelmed or busy and stop. But I won’t let “Monday Musings” become yet another thing on my “to finish” list! So here goes…”
“On Sunday I remembered and reflected on what a great mother I have and wished I could’ve given her a hug in person on Mother’s Day. And finally, last night, went to my FIRST Dodgers game. After living in LA for three years, it was long overdue. I ate a Dodger dog and made it on the jumbo screen TWICE! Pretty successful first dodger game experience if you ask me. May just continues to fly by. I have some exciting things on the horizon that I will let you in on SOON. But right now, what my life mainly consists of is writing, writing, and more writing for my first album. This new John Mayer album I have streaming in the background right now is providing some good inspiration for me to do just that…”
